            J&B believes in a hands-on approach on all of our projects, maintaining close supervision to insure a smooth construction process and a quality finished product. We employ reliable sub-contractors and work closely with them to maximize their efficiency and keep on track.  By employing our own carpentry crew, we have direct control over all interior and exterior finish carpentry items including window installation. We are able to fabricate are own built-in cabinetry and custom millwork items in our shop, allowing us to cater to each customers individual requirements.
